Our returns policy lasts 30 days upon delivery. If 30 days after receiving the product have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it (Like new or unused; i.e. NO scratches, NO marks, NO cracks, ALL accessories present. For Arc Hub owners we will reject returns if there are scratches or minor scuffs made to the aluminum surrounding the ports).
Returns will be sent back if it does not meet the stated condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (an order order number is considered proof of purchase). To begin the return process, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. Shipping costs to mail the unit back to us will be deducted from the refund amount.If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Arc Hub Warranty Policy
We offer a 1 year warranty for the Arc Hub. If you encounter any issues or have received a defective product, simply email us at email@example.com and our customer service team will help trouble shoot your issues. If the situation calls for it, we may provide you with a replacement unit. Please note that replacement units will be refurbished units (fully tested for all functionality) and will not be sent with a USB-C cable or any accessories. Our warranty only covers technical issues (i.e. certain ports not working) and does not cover cosmetic damage (i.e. scratches, dents, cracks, etc.) to the aluminum enclosure or glass unless you received the item with this damage. Report of damage to glass or aluminum housing must be submitted the day of delivery. All other products, past and future, are excluded from this warranty unless stated otherwise.
