Our refund policy lasts 30 days upon delivery. If 30 days after receiving the product have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it (Like new or unused). It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories present. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We offer a 1 year warranty for the Arc Hub. If you encounter any issues or have received a defective product, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist you in securing a replacement. Our warranty only covers technical issues (i.e. certain ports not working) and does not cover cosmetic damage (i.e. scratches, dents, cracks, etc.) to the aluminum enclosure or glass unless you received the item with this damage. Report of damage to glass or aluminum housing must be submitted the day of delivery. All other products, past and future, are excluded from this warranty unless stated otherwise.
