We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, we can no longer offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it (Like new or unused; i.e. NO scratches, NO marks, NO cracks, ALL accessories present.
Returns will be hand inspected. We will reject returns if there are scratches or minor scuffs that are visible on the product.
Returns will be sent back if it does not meet the stated condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (an order order number is considered proof of purchase). To begin the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. Shipping costs to mail the unit back to us will be deducted from the refund amount.If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
